2. Your schedule -- when you can and can't raid. Be honest.
I can be online at all times, I never miss a raid unless I have no choice.
3. Your experience level and recent guild history.
Most of my experience comes from raiding as Fury, however on M'uru for example, I have experience tanking the add sides and Void Sentinels. I've done every fight currently in the game except the last 30% of KJ.Outside of raiding, I am a consistent pvper, attaining Merciless Gladiator in s2 and Vengeful in s3.
As for my guild history,
I started playing WoW as a warrior on the Gurubashi server. I joined a shitter guild called Tempest with whom I cleared MC and BWL with. Eventually free transfers were offered to Gurubashi, and a guild called Forceful Entry transferred to our server from Warsong and recruited all of the talented players from Gurubashi's original guilds, including myself. With Forceful Entry I cleared AQ40 and all of Naxx.
Forceful Entry became Exanimus at the beginning of TBC. Exanimus was a pretty solid guild. Everything was pretty uneventful. In terms of progression, we remained on pace with the rest of the world. A combination of drama and attrition hurt the guild during the 8 month farm period between BT and Sunwell, but Exanimus did well in Sunwell up until Twins. This was when people were starting to flake out because of slow progress. Although we eventually killed the Twins, our progress on M'uru was sub-par, and any outlook of killing Kil'Jaeden looked pretty bleak.
Eventually, we transferred to Dragonmaw to merge with Vulgar. It seemed like a good match, both guilds looked very similar on the outside. We managed to kill M'uru, but the guild didn't last for more than two months, for reasons which I will quickly summarize:
a. Bad leadership. The officers never held any vent meetings or addressed the drama that built up in the guild.
b. We never settled on a guild name, and nobody made any effort to set up a website.
c. Vent was always retardedly quiet during raids because people from Vulgar preferred to talk in binds and people from Exanimus preferred to talk on the old Exanimus vent. Some people made an effort to socialize, but they just felt awkward doing it when nobody else talked.
d. Flaky, uncommunicative people. We never knew who couldn't show up to a raid or who was quitting, because they never told anybody. As someone who never missed a raid unless I had no choice, I really hated those people.
4. Any references, either in your old guild or DV members.
I have pvped with, and against, Ohnoes as a Mage.
5. Why you want to join DV.
From what I've heard of DV it is exactly of the kind of guild I want to be in. I want to be part of a cutting edge guild that has a laid back atmosphere with people who don't tolerate drama. I'm looking to become a long-term, full time raider in your guild. I always remained intensely loyal to Exanimus, but I want to move on.
6. Bonus points for wws parses/videos that show you in action.
don't have any, unfortunately
