If some willing applications want to talk to Ichie or myself and we're not online in-game chances are (at least for myself) we're around somewhere. So just send a PM on these forums to myself with a time you'd like to talk about your application, I'll usually give some sort of response right away. You're pretty much guaranteed to find the two of us at around raid time but it's actually pretty annoying dealing with recruits around that time.

I'd like to add a few things to clear up some concerns about DV; I'm sure Melador touched on these briefly.

DV is a small raiding guild, no more than 26-28 active raiders total. Open recruitment means it is for -one- person, not a group of people. When we recruit, it means there is a spot potentially for you to earn a permanent raid slot and this doesn't involve sitting on the sidelines for days and days; you'll be getting in raids right away so we can see how you are.

The positions will be filled and recruitment will not remain open once this happens so please do not hesitate if you think you can contribute to making the guild better in Sunwell and getting ready for the expansion. Because we're such a small guild, the more hardcore and skillful the better!

We are not looking for people to fill our raids to farm Sunwell for a few months; we're looking for permanent additions to the guild and raid force from now until and through WotLK.
